Payment and Access Information

When You continue to Paystack checkout, we supply Your Bidsstack account ID and email address to associate the payment with Your account. For once-off access, we also supply the selected plan, payment type, and access duration. We retain payment references, amounts, payment dates, and plan or access status to provide access and handle billing support. Paystack processes payment details under its own Privacy Policy.

Published Tender Contact Information

Tender listings may display contact names, email addresses, and telephone numbers published by the issuing authority or other tender source. These details and published special conditions can be viewed without a paid plan. They are distinct from private Bidsstack customer account and billing records. If published information about You needs correction or removal, contact support@bidsstack.com with the relevant listing and details of Your request.

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically and may include IP address, browser type, pages visited, time and date of visit, time spent, device identifiers, and other diagnostic data. We use PostHog to understand website and app usage. In the app, analytics activity may be associated with Your account ID and email address when You sign in. See PostHog's Privacy Policy for information about its processing.

Tracking Technologies and Cookies

We use Cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to track activity and store certain information. You can configure your browser to refuse Cookies, but some features may not work properly.

• Necessary/Essential Cookies: To provide core services and prevent fraud. App session information also remembers Your selected checkout and, when available, the tender to return to after payment.
• Functionality Cookies: To remember user preferences and settings.
