  • app.bidsstack.com - tender alerts, account management, subscription settings, award insights, winner visibility, competitor insights, and analytics

All services are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.

Digital Service Delivery

  • Immediate Access: Once your payment is confirmed via Paystack, your subscription is activated instantly.
  • Tender Alerts: Daily tender alerts are delivered by email (where enabled).
  • Award Insights: Winner data, bidder lists, award amounts, filters, and dashboards are available instantly at app.bidsstack.com.
  • Account-Based Access: Access is tied to the email address used to register your account.

Platform Access

You can securely access your services at any time:

Service Availability

We aim for uninterrupted availability of all Bidsstack services. Planned maintenance or unexpected downtime may occur; in such cases, updates will be posted publicly or communicated to users where possible.
